How to prepare for a job fair
- Bring 5–10 printed resumes and a valid ID.
- Dress one step above the job you want — clean, neat, comfortable shoes.
- Prepare a 20-second intro: who you are, what work you want, what you bring.
- Arrive early. Lines grow fast at the strongest tables.
- Take notes after each conversation — names, emails, next steps.
- Follow up the same day. Apply online for any roles that catch your eye.
